Epic is powerful.
But friction is costing you.

Healthcare workers spend hours navigating complex EHR workflows, context-switching between screens, and manually coordinating tasks that could be streamlined. The result: longer patient wait times, clinician burnout, and lost capacity.

⏱️

Click Overload

Providers navigate dozens of screens per patient encounter, adding friction to every interaction and slowing throughput.

πŸ”„

Manual Coordination

Bed assignments, task handoffs, and scheduling decisions rely on phone calls, whiteboards, and tribal knowledge.

πŸ“Š

Invisible Bottlenecks

Operational leaders lack real-time visibility into where patients are stalling and why throughput is declining.

πŸ’°

Rising Costs

Every extra hour of length of stay increases costs and reduces the capacity to care for the next patient.

AI middleware that works within Epic β€” not around it

Celervia sits on top of your existing Epic environment, augmenting workflows with intelligence without disrupting what already works.

01

Intelligent Task Optimization

AI-driven prioritization and automation of repetitive Epic workflows. Reduce clicks, reduce cognitive load, and let clinicians focus on clinical decisions β€” not administrative busywork.

Workflow Automation
02

Predictive Scheduling

Real-time optimization of patient flow, bed assignments, and resource allocation. Anticipate surges, balance workloads, and keep your department moving.

Capacity Management
03

Throughput Analytics

Live dashboards showing where patients are stalling, which bottlenecks are active, and what's driving your length of stay β€” with actionable recommendations, not just data.

Operational Intelligence
04

Seamless Epic Integration

Built on FHIR R4, CDS Hooks, and SMART on FHIR. No rip-and-replace, no parallel systems. Celervia works within the Epic ecosystem your teams already know.

Native Integration

Measurable impact where it matters

Celervia is designed to move the metrics hospital leaders care about most.

⬇️

Decreased Length of Stay

Streamlined workflows and predictive scheduling reduce unnecessary delays at every step of the patient journey.

πŸ“ˆ

Increased Throughput

More patients seen per shift without adding staff. Intelligent flow management maximizes your existing capacity.

🩺

Reduced Clinician Burnout

Fewer clicks, less administrative overhead, and smarter task routing give clinicians back time for patient care.

πŸ’²

Lower Cost per Encounter

Shorter stays and better resource utilization drive down the cost to care for each patient.

⭐

Improved Patient Experience

Shorter waits, smoother handoffs, and more face time with providers lead to higher satisfaction scores.

πŸ”’

Enterprise-Grade Security

HIPAA-compliant architecture, SOC 2 roadmap, and BAA-ready from day one. Built for healthcare from the ground up.

Built for the Epic ecosystem

Celervia doesn't replace your EHR β€” it makes it smarter. Our middleware integrates natively with Epic through industry-standard protocols, ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless adoption by your clinical teams.

Clinical Workflows

Built by people who understand the problem

Celervia was founded by Dr. Amy Cho, an emergency physician who has spent nearly two decades in the emergency department and working with Epic every shift since it was deployed. Prior to medical school, Dr. Cho worked in strategy consulting and as a product manager with a venture-funded software startup. That rare combination of clinical frontline experience, business strategy, and technology product development is what makes Celervia different.

Our name comes from the Latin celer (swift) and via (path) β€” because technology should help remove obstacles and clear the path through complexity for healthcare providers.

Clinician-First Design

Every feature is built around actual clinical workflows and problems, not theoretical ones.

Measurable Outcomes

We're obsessed with metrics that matter: measurable decreases in Celervia Friction Indexβ„’, improvements in LOS, cost and throughput, reductions in cost, and most importantly, improved outcomes for patients and frontline healthcare workers.

Security by Default

Patient safety and privacy, including HIPAA compliance, isn't an afterthought β€” it's foundational to everything we build.
